Came up from Pompano Beach for little staycation. Had my family come down from Port St Lucie with my 3 granddaughters for the day and go Parasailing. The girls had the best time! Shout out to Mary and the Captain. Can't wait to give the rest of the grandkids the experience with Parasailing Palm Beach!!

My 13 year old son and I had an amazing time! The Captain was great and his boat mate, Mary was the absolute best!!! Mary was so nice & kind and she made sure we had not just a safe experience, but an amazing experience!! Thank you the Zolfo family.

Terrible experience. Booked parasailing for my wife and I last week. Paid in advance. Drove all the way down from Orlando. Waited at the dock. Called an hour prior to find out what was going on and was told that they canceled due to cloudy weather. They ”we’re going to tell me”..I called at 2:15 pm, my reservation was for 3pm. Thanks a lot for ruining my day and making me drive 4 hours for nothing. Horrible.

So sorry that the captains job is to make sure your family life is safe at all times. it’s his life that’s on the line if something happens to anyone in his hands. But it’s ok that you’re mad that he canceled last minute do to bad weather. Sorry that he was worried about your families lives. Sorry, to ruin your day!
