Fantastic crew and experience! This was my first time parasailing and it certainly won't be my last. You can also pay extra to get some great pictures taken. An experience I'll remember forever!

The trip was cancelled the morning of, due to weather. This happens, we understood. Was told we would receive a full refund. A week later, NOTHING. Called back, spoke with a man, asked for an update on the refund and proof of refund via email, ya know something to show this was actually being done. It’s officially been 3 MONTHS & STILL NO REFUND! Such a joke. Now wasting more of my time by calling my bank to dispute.

Maybe try picking up the phone, giving us a bad review doesn’t help to tell us who you are. We don’t keep peoples money if you don’t fly. Why would you wait 3 months to say something?
