We made reservations to go parasailing with this company. We had a party of 9 people and had paid in full months in advance. One person in our party is missing a leg (which they knew ahead of time) and the closest usually parking is extremely far away. When we realized that, we immediately called them and said we'd be 5-10 minutes late. They said that was fine. However, when we got there 5 minutes late, our boat had been given to a walk in party. They said they'd give us another boat but that they had to fix something quickly. They had us waiting in the hot sun for over an hour and a half before they informed us that they wouldn't be able to fix the boat. The best part of all was that this cranky "customer service" person tried to not give us a refund, but another more reasonable (and less stoned) employee stepped in and gave us a refund. Overall, never going back.
