It was an amazing experience, that crew - Brian and Kyle were super friendly and fun, which helped with the initial jitters of being that high up in the air. They knew their stuff in terms of the wind speed and when to shoot you up. We were an extimate 700 ft above I believe. The only issue we encountered was at the sign-in desk we had to pay an additional $44.00US for fuel (per couple). This is something that should be advised before. And the photos option is available at $35.00US flat rate. Or you can take your cell phone with you, they sell the cell water case at $10.00US. All in all the overall experience was great. Our boat had a total of twelve persons with every group going for roughly ten (10 - 12) minutes each. Sommer

Glad you guys enjoyed the ride! About the additional fee for the fuel/tax, it was advertised on your voucher. You purchased the parasailing activity through a 3rd party, where additional fee of $22 per person for fuel/tax were mentioned on it. There was no surprised at your arrival.

Had a BLAST with the crew ! Amazing experience! We ha to cancel our parasailing due to thunder coming down, they gave us an option to wait around, get a voucher with credit for next time, or to get a call back if weather gets better. We decided to get a call back ! They called us back that it was all good to go now. We had such a good experience ! The boat had just the right kind of music playing it was so much fun. The staff were very fun and knowledgeable. They saw a couple of balloons in the oceans and they went to pick them up saying they are doing their part on keeping the sea creatures alive ! So I thought that was very kind :) We got the picture package for an additional $35 which includes over 100 pics of our experience ! Totally should do that ! It goes straight into your iPhone so you can upload right away :)
