Really enjoyed ourselves, weather wasnt great one of the days but Miami sports offered an alternative due to the weather, which was great.

I had a very nice experience with the parasailing team. They were very friendly and caring. The experience itself was amazing. But we started quite late than we were supposed to. However , I found the reception staff not so friendly and almost rude in a way. Other customers were saying the same things. When people approach reception we expect to be greeted with enthusiasm and excitement not with a straight face.
