I’ve read almost everything Pat has published. He is one of my favorite authors! This tour is a MUST for lovers of Pat Conroy’s body of work. Interestingly it was also fun for my companion, who has no idea who Pat Conroy was, but loved the historical & architectural aspects of this tour. Our Guide Janet was outstanding. A personal friend of Pat’s, she was knowledgeable about the places we toured, and her background as an educator, shown through as she imparted various bits of knowledge which tied back to Pat’s various books. She also gave great references for follow up reading and learning more about Pats Life and his family. One of the best tours I’ve ever taken! Loved, loved loved it! If you love Pat Conroy’s work, DON’T MISS THIS TOUR.
