Jenifer was a wonderful guide & we had a fabulous time. :) I was part of a group of 5 celebrating my best friend’s bachelorette party and Jenifer was very accommodating, personable, & kind! The wineries were nice & the tastings were great. The lunch provided by Vino 301 was also delicious!!

Our driver Patrick and our tour guide Candace were great! We were running late and Candace was very comforting and calming in the midst of our own stressing. She was very patient in guiding us to an appropriate parking spot and did a great job prepping the other two guests for our late arrival. She has great people management skills. We visited 3 wineries. She was told we would visit two and was not informed that I had paid to visit a third. She corrected the error with ease as well, getting the third visit arranged without any flack. We were not particularly pleased with our first winery visit to Basignani. My group has taken a number of wine tours including wineries in Napa and this first winery visit was far short of our prior experiences. The winery hostess did not provide much info about the winery or the wines. In fact, she spilled wine in the lap of someone in our party and was mildly apologetic. It was Candace who raced to provide clean up and a Tide Stick to address any possible stain. Also Vino 301 did not get our food order correct but again this was not Candace's or Patrick's fault. The other two wineries (Dijon and Hartford) were a much nicer experience and I am certain it is because Candace spoke to them when we arrived and shared with them our expectation. There were 8 in our party plus the other two guests. I was a little disappointed that Vino 301 wasn't using a bus-style vehicle with two seats on each side of a center aisle. It was a bit more cramped with the van they used. All it all, it was a great day and both Candace and Patrick were very accommodating of all of our needs and requests. They are quite friendly and personable, even playing our requested genre of music as we rode through Baltimore's wine country.

We apologize for your unfortunate experience with Basignani vineyard and the mix-up with your lunch orders. However, we are pleased that Candace and Patrick were able to rectify your concerns and allow you to enjoy the remainder your day.

Myself and two friends effectively received a private tour from Leslie (the owner) herself and it was great. We got the meat and cheese board and snacks/water were provided during the trips to and from the wineries. Great selection of wineries and great wine! Would highly recommend.
