Dont waste your money. Go by yourself or pay as little as possible with other company and go by uber or bus. This tour was like more just a driver than a guided tour. First we confirmed the hotel address a day before the tour and they told us was updated. They Sent a text later at night and am saying will pick us up at 7:30 no later than 7:45. Well, they actually picked us up at 8:40. (And we had to wake up so early and rush breakfast for nothing) In the meantime we tried to call them 3 times asking what was going on (but their cal system is just voice mailā€¦you cant connect with a person immediately) and they called the driver and driver called us 2 times saying they were there (at the hotel waiting for us) ā€¦im like wheeeeere lol 3 times talking to them I had to give the address all the 3 times. Shouldnā€™t this be planned a day in advance? What Happened that they still had the wrong hotel address. This is unacceptable. Once we were at pearl harbor no directions were give just there are severa exhibitions you can visit and you have 2 hours t stay here. So to visit there its free. So I paid just for a ride bc once there we had to show our tickets to the information personnel and they told us this ticket was to visit memorial which was a scheduled time (shouldnā€™t this be informed by our tour guide?) i really didnt like the tour itself. They claim they offer bottle water but wam water not even chilled? Unacceptable! Would not book any tour with this company at all,

Aloha and Mahalo for your review. We appreciate you taking the time and posting pictures of some of your stops during the tour. We apologize for being late for pickup that day. We had to wait for another group at a hotel and that unfortunately put us behind schedule. The phone is very busy in the morning and we call back everybody as soon as we can. We apologize if it wasnā€™t fast enough for you. Tourguides are not allowed to guide in the Pearl Harbor National park. Thatā€™s why we mention the itā€™s a self-guided tour at Pearl Harbor. However, our guides help you to find your way around. We show you where the museums are, where to get to the boat to the USS Arizona, where to watch the movie about the attack on Pearl Harbor and where to drop your bags if you like - this introduction makes your about 2 hour long visit at Pearl Harbor very efficient. The 2 hours are usually enough time to explore everything. We are not sure what you did with your ticket and who you showed it to. The tickets to the boat ride which we purchased for you have to be presented to the Park Ranger to get on the boat ride to the USS Arizona. Yes, the tickets to the USS Arizona boat ride have a scheduled time - thatā€™s the time it says on the ticket ;) Thatā€™s the time we mention in the text message you receive the day before to confirm your pick up time. Thatā€™s also the time we communicate when you get your wake up call the day of the tour. The tour also stops at the Iā€™olani palace and the King Kamehameha statue. Iolani is the only palace in the United States. The stop there is about ~20 minutes and our guides inform about hawaiian history, the kings and the overthrow. Thanks for posting the picture of you in front of the King Kamehameha Statue. The Pearl Harbor Tour takes about 5 hours and we are happy to share American and Hawaiian history on that day. Mahalo for your review. Again, sorry we were late for pick up. Much ALOHA :)

Omg, we rode with Nikki and she was the best guide weā€™ve had so far she shared the history of Hawaii, Pearl Harbor and made us feel like family. She played her ukulele for us and when she sang Aloha Oe it was truly beautiful. I canā€™t believe we were treated so good by this young lady. And she was a wealth of knowledge about everything. I definitely recommend this company and if you get Nikki ( nahenahe) as your guide she is amazing. Mahalo nahenahe for your beautiful soul that you shared.

Our fee was for the ride to and from Pearl Harbor. While our driver was fantastic, she wasn't allowed to provide a tour on site. A few days before the tour we received an email stating they had no boat tickets for the Arizona and we might be able to get in on standby. We paid for that and were disappointed in the bait and switch tactic. Turns out, there was no charge. The ad was misleading though and Daniels Hawaii should remedy that for transparency.

Aloha and mahalo for your review. We are thankful you came on tour with us. Our ad is in no way misleading, if you actually read it ;) Since it is unclear what you mean with the other allegations in your review, we take the opportunity to describe the Pearl Harbor Tour with Daniels Hawaii. 1. Free Pick up at any hotel in Waikiki 2. Drive to Pearl Harbor - our professional guide will give you important information about Pearl Harbor and Hawaii along the way. 3. At PEARL HARBOR our guide will explain the facilities to you, to make your visit as efficient as possible. Since Pearl Harbor is a national park, we are no guides allowed to offer tours. Our guides will show you where everything is to make sure you get the most out of your ~2-2.5 hour visit at the Park. 3. Time to explore - visit the ā€œRoad to Warā€ and the ā€œAttackā€ museum. Learn about what happened during the ~23 minute movie, included with tickets to the boat ride. 4. Boat Ride Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial cannot be guaranteed. If we do not have tickets for the boat ride for your tour, you will be informed via text message and given the chance to cancel the tour and get a full refund. 5. Honolulu City & Iolani Palace Tour - on our way to/from Pearl Harbor you will learn interesting facts about Hawaii. We stop at the King Kamehameha Statue in downtown Honolulu. Many people know the statue from the TV Show ā€œHawaii Five-0ā€. Learn why King Kamehameha was and still is important to the Hawaiians and what the building behind him really is - itā€™s not the police headquarters ;) Take a look at Iā€™olani Palace and listen to interesting facts about the Hawaiian history and how hawaii became the 50th state. See the ALOHA Tower, the Hawaiian version of the Statue of Liberty šŸ—½:) 6. Enjoy the ride back to your hotel in our spacious and comfortable van. Pass by many more interesting spots and use the time to ask your guide questions. We are happy to answer them all! The whole tour to Pearl Harbor takes about 5 hours. The start time depends on the ticket time for the boat ride. We will inform you via text message about your pickup time and location. We would be happy to show you these interesting spots on our beautiful island. Mahalo for reading. Aloha, DanielsHawaii.com
