You are able to use the standby line to try and get on the boat to the USS Arizona. Please accept our apologies in advance. In such cases, there will be no refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, the Visitors’ Center and park monuments as well as the Honolulu City Tour. The duration of the tour stays the same!

Free Pickup at your Hotel in Waikiki - Drive through Waikiki before hopping on the Highway to get to Pearl Harbor. Your Guide will give you ideas where to eat, drink and relax - Please feel free to ask what you like to know!

Pearl Harbor National Memorial

After the ~30 minute drive from your Waikiki Hotel to the Pearl Harbor National Park, our guide will show you the premisses. It will be easy for you to find the fastest way around and use your time efficiently. Where are the bathrooms? Souvenir Shop? Museums? Where can you get the Audio Guide? Where is the boat dock? When do you have to be at the Movie Theatre to be on time for the Pearl Harbor Movie and the Boat Ride to the USS Arizona Memorial? Everything you need to know - Your Tour Guide will answer all your questions.

USS Arizona Memorial

The boat ride over to the USS Arizona Memorial cannot be guaranteed! Pearl Harbor is currently operating the boat shuttles at very limited capacity due to dock damages. If we are not able to secure tickets, you will be notified ahead of time and you have the option for a refund or a discount. After the introduction you have enough time to visit the "Road to War" and the "Attack" Museum at Pearl Harbor. We highly recommend to purchase the Audio Guide - Different Languages available. The Audio Guide makes your Pearl Harbor Visit perfect. Our Tour Guide is happy to show you where to get it. Tickets for the boat ride to the USS Arizona can not be guaranteed.

We had a tour with Cameron, our favorite guide ever!! He was punctual, knowledgeable, fun to be around, and attentive. It really felt like touring with a family member! He seemed to enjoy the day as much as we did. He walked around the museum at Pearl Harbor with us. We all read and pointed out facts to each other, all the while he kept track of the time and made sure we were on time for the boat tour to the Arizona. It was drizzling when we went to the I'olani Palace, but he found a great place to park and had an umbrella just in case. He provided good history of the palace and surrounding buildings. We then had a poignant trip to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punch Bowl. Afterwards, he dropped us off at Diamond Head so we could hike up it. He told us if we had trouble with return transportation he was just a call away. Cameron now feels like a family member!

We are happy to clarify, because some of the things you mentioned are not accurate. 1. "just 2 stops" That's almost correct. The tour actually has 3 stops. That's how often we park the vehicle. However, within the 4 hours of the tour you see more than 11 sites and our guides provide information about all the spots & stops. Our guides walk with you around the King Kamehameha Statue, I'olani Palace and the Capitol as well as the Queen Liliuokalani Statue. We asked your guide about the tour and she told us that she followed the script and did the following with you: Tour Overview (*denotes stops) 1. Yes and No. Yes, there are cheaper Pearl Harbor Tours, but those are very different from ours: Large groups, motor coaches, some of them do not provide the tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial - they just drop off at the bus stop up the road. If the price is most important to you, this is the way to go. Dear Matilde, we checked our booking engine and saw you were lucky and had the guide and the vehicle to yourself that day. It was just you, your husband and the guide. We are one of the few tour companies that accommodate even if there are just 2 guests on the tour. You had a four hour, PRIVATE Pearl Harbor Tour with an experienced guide and a luxury vehicle for only $99 per Person. We think that's a pretty good deal ;) Thanks for tipping the driver that day. There was a mixup with my booking online and danielshawaii was very accomodating! It was great having a private tour with the 4 of us, and Cameron was awesome! He was super knowledgeable about the city of Honolulu and got us in to pearl harbour really quickly. He gave us so many recommendations of what we should see in the short time we had in Honolulu. The pick up spot was a short walk from the pier and was easy to find. I highly recommend danielshawaii and ask for Cameron! You won’t regret it.
