We booked for 11/23 @4pm. Arrived early as requested at 3:40pm and the gates were locked. We tried calling the number provided several times with no success. We finally called Viator who booked and the agent was unable to reach them as well. We are currently awaiting a refund and still no word from the establishment. Horrible service.
