We were met with great, and knowledgeable, customer service when we picked up our E-bikes today! We were given a quick tutorial on how the bikes work, as well as an overview of “the strand”. The bikes were awesome! We rode over 45 miles and had plenty of charge. I’m fact, we only used 1 bar of the battery life over the course of the day. Awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great day rental E-bike!!

So great to have pedal assist as we rode around Santa Monica. The bike are very powerful and went up the hills with ease! Great for getting around and checking out all the stuff around Santa Monica.

They had my bike ready to go so quickly and were super welcoming when I arrived. They were even able to accommodate my furry four legged friend. The bikes are so easy to use it really made putzing down Venice Beach super enjoyable! Will make this my go-to for bike rentals... might even think of buying one from them!
