What To Expect

Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon

Called by some as the “Mystical Canyon”, it’s no wonder that Peek-a-Boo is becoming more and more popular! This spectacular slot canyon is local to the Kanab area and though it is our most requested tour, it remains an excellent alternative to, or an addition to, the very crowded Antelope Canyon. On this tour, we are happy to let you take all the pictures you’d like. Though we are more and more likely to share the canyon with others, we are often alone here and the groups we see are just in passing. It is a pleasant experience with the time allotted for you to enjoy the marvels of a slot canyon.

We had the best time on our UTV tour to the Great Chamber and Peekaboo Slot Canyon with Ty! It was our first time riding in UTVs and he made us feel very comfortable and safe going at our own pace. The sights that you see from the tour are absolutely amazing and we didn’t feel rushed or anything, so we were able to get a ton of beautiful pictures and soak it all in - I highly recommend doing the private tour for this reason! Ty was super knowledgeable about local and Native American history of the area and was just about the nicest guide you could ask for! Highly, highly recommend doing a tour with Expedition Kanab. Family of 4 (kids 11 and 13) had a fantastic time on self-drive UTV tour including Peek-a-boo canyon, great chamber and sand sledding. Was absolute highlight of our 10 day trip. UTV drive was a blast, felt quite safe. Our guide was awesome and took some amazing family photos!

We did ATV tour of Great Chamber and Peek a boo Canyon. ATV ride would have been great just by itself but the chamber was breathtaking. Loved the colors of the sandstone. Guides were great leading us up and were respectful of how to treat the area to preserve it for others. Peek a boo was a great slot canyon. Love southern Utah! Definitely do an ATV tour out to these sites, they will not disappoint.
