Penn & Teller

Their weekly hit Showtime series, Penn and Teller: BS! as well as their Emmy-winning network specials and their legendary appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, had Entertainment Weekly name them two of the funniest comedians alive. While Penn and Teller is a magic show, it does contain adult content and may not be suitable for children.

I had booked for Penn/Teller but was later informed that Teller would be replaced by Michael Carbonaro while Teller was recuperating from surgery. I opted to keep the tickets as I was familiar with Carbonaro. While Penn has an incredible magic skill set and Carbonaro has his own thing, Penn+Teller is next level because of Teller while Penn+Carbonaro has no realy synergy. The show was entertaining overall and there were some undeniably impressive performances. I'm glad we went but I would not see this pair again unless they revamp the show. Or if Teller returns.

It was a great show with stunning tricks and lots of audience involvement. Some negative reviews on here probably didn't know who Penn & Teller were before going, but if you like their humour and way of doing things, you'll like this show.
