I did the Hollywood tour on December 20. Owner is knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. This was the case with everybody I encountered on this tour. Got to see a great deal of LA in a short period of time before flying out of LA. Thanks!!

The good news: Someone else did the driving. The bad news; Our tour guide was Frank. But for Frank the tour would've been somewhat enjoyable. The tour bus was clean and windowless which made photographing the locations ideal. Most of the stops on the tour was worth the price of the ticket. However, the sites in Beverly Hills of celebrity homes was disappointing due to the fact most of the homes where obscured by gates or hedges. We were behind schedule and unable to do a brief walk about on Rodeo drive. Bummer! The most enjoyable locations for me were the walk of fame and the observation point overlooking the skyline of LA and the Hollywood sign. The tour guide Frank was an entirely different matter. He was just terrible in all aspects of the tour. His driving was very erratic and sometimes scary. He had no script, so the information value of his presentation was weak and annoying. He was rude to other drivers and pedestrians. His comments oftentime crude and offensive. i would recommend the tour but not Frank as the guide if you want an enjoyable and tolerable experience.
