This tour is multilingual which is great, but is not well organized. Our tour guide who spoke English /Italian attempted to split his time with English/Italian speaking people, but loss a couple of people on the walking tour. Itā€™s hard to keep track of 34 people & he did not. He walked pretty fast and we just tried to make sure he was in our eyesight. Also, my 70 year old mother almost fell walking off the bus because it was a drop at the bottom of the stairs that no one warned us about. The bus driver and our guide did not try to hold her hand to help her downstairs or ask if she was ok. It was very disheartening. I also would like to mention that Fernanda the Spanish speaking guide was of no help! She was Not approachable, I saw her a few times off the bus and she looked at me in disgust. She is not friendly at All and has a face that is not welcoming! She frowns and looks like she is upset that she is a part of this tour. She is the reason I did not tip anyone on this tour even though they recommend we tip 10 per person. I donā€™t feel I should tip people who made me feel like I was a nuisance. The tour itself is average and itā€™s a day away from New York to experience something different. I would recommend they have friendly tour guides and a bus driver who greets the guest instead of talking on the phone. I also recommend they get rid of the buggy tour, 2 horses carrying 17 people is too much for the horses. I did enjoy the history lesson about Philadelphia & Kitchen Kettle

Taking this tour is the best way particularly for out-of-state visitors because it is way less stressful. The guide was very friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. I would do it again in the future.
