Don't even bother booking this tour. The address you are given to get on this tour is just a street number NO OFFICE we had to walk up and down the street asking everyone we met if this tour leaves from here very unprofessional.Too much time is spent in Philadelphia, our tour guide knew very little about history, not like other tour guides from different companies we passed (just wished we could have joined thier tour) obsessed with Rocky. Insulted the Jewish community I thought by saying "Oh there's a Jew Museum. The amish portion was surposed to be a 45 min ride on a horse and cart, we were lucky if we got 20mins and the guide wasn't even Amish, when asked questions he said "do I look Amish." WORST TOUR EVER DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was impressed with the Viator method for booking of this one day excursion allowing me to confirm our voucher electronically, The staff was pleasant and helpful with the bus being clean and confortable. The itinerary was excellent with a tour of the Liberty Bell and other historical buildings in the same area. The day was well managed with all expectations met. I would recommend this one day excursion for people who are interested in the American independence and attending the Lancaster area to view and appreciate the Amish people. I was particularly impressed with the bus having WIFI. Beware of persons volunteering to take your photo at the Phili Museum ( Rocky Steps) as they will oblige and then seek a tip or donation for their services.

Great tour. The tour it self was well organised
However I feel that the meeting place before the tour needs to be more organised. No one I spoke to knew what was going on. Maybe better signage would help
