I cannot testify to the quality of the tour itself. We didn’t attend during the thunderstorm that was going on during our tour time. Didn’t see anything about rain, lightning, National Weather Service warnings, or shine on our ticket but tried calling the number provided and emailed as instructed about an hour before the meet up time. No reply before the tour time. Our tour guide texted after the fact. Hope he got our money and wasn’t depending on our tip. Perhaps we overlooked the warning somewhere on the website but at least cover that in your recording designed to avoid actually speaking to your customers.

I have lived in Philadelphia my entire life but wanted to do something spooky and fun to learn more about the city’s history. I was expecting the tour to be a little cheesy, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that our guide, James, was carrying real ghost hunting devices! He was extremely informative and playful. We had a great time.
