We were disappointed, the guide seemed knowledgeable, however too theatrical. Not a bad story teller but we weren't there for stories. She spent way too much time on each place (3 stops in 90 minutes). Also the walk did not end anywhere near where it started, we all were left to find our way back without a clue which way to go (that wasn't very appropriate for out of town guests). Beware where you park also (that info would have helpful too). Never heard of parking tickets issued at 9 pm for expired meter! We never saw a sign or a meter.

The teens enjoyed the stories. Guide was energetic and knowledgeable. It was interesting to learn about people who lived in the homes.

More of a historical tour than a scary ghost tour. My teens liked it…more interesting story telling of history than what they learn in school. Entertaining way to spend an evening in Philadelphia. Would definitely do it again!
