I am deathly afraid of heights, but this was on my bucket list...and really wanted to do it. The assent was so smooth, that it didn’t bother me at all (except for looking straight down!). However, after we were up for about 15 minutes, nothing bothered me. All the staff were so professional and helpful. The whole experience was very organized and the staff catered to their clients..making sure they answered all our questions, making sure we got the photos we wanted, and making us all feel special. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough! Bucket list.....check!!!

For years, when we would travel into the Valley from Flagstaff, we would remark how one day, we should take a hot air balloon trip. For my friends birthday, finally, we did just that! One of the best birthdays presents I have ever had the pleasure to give. There is not one thing that could have been better. Like most people, this has been on my bucket list for quite some time. We were offered a discount through our resort, I did a little research and this really was a great price. Turns out a great value as well. Chad, our pilot, was super nice, extremely friendly and great with an IPhone to take selfies. He even airdropped them to those of us with an IPhone so that we could (at no additional charge) have the photos, including one of our flight taken like a map from above. Before we took off the "crew" took photos of anyone who wanted using their own phones. How nice is that! The scenery was beautiful. The limited amount of instruction needed was clear. At the end we had our Mimosas (keeping the lovely little glasses as a souvenier), went back to the office and had a light breakfast. I only wish that I knew that there were shirts and sweatshirts, etc. to buy right there as I knew it would be chilly waiting for the balloon to inflate. I bought one and love it. Piece of advice for fun photography: Record a time lapse of the inflation, very cool to watch!
