Rainbow Ryders were the best operators of a hot-air balloon experience I've had in 7 flights over the past 15 years! Kyle was an excellent pilot and kept us informed regarding time, flight direction, altitude and geographic markers during the entire flight. I would recommend Rainbow Ryders (and Kyle specifically) to anyone coming to the Phoenix area. I'll be doing a sunrise flight in November with Rainbow Ryders and requesting Kyle as our pilot. Shoutout to Destin on the flight crew for his hard work and sense of humor and professionalism.

We loved our experience with Rainbow Ryders! Our pilot was Kyle and he and his crew were friendly and entertaining. It was obvious safety is their number one priority. The whole process from loading up in the vans, getting to the launch site and getting back was very organized and efficient. This was a bucket list item and we couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend this company.
