Our Pilot Jeff was a true professional. He really spent time with passengers to Answer questions and made everyone feel safe. He also took three younger kids into the ballon as it was being inflated the ballon. Great trip

We had an AMAZING experience with Rainbow Ryders. Special shoutout to our pilot Jacob Little and his flight ops crew Heather and Johnny. All were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire ride was smooth and the weather was perfect when we flew. Highly recommend!!
