The operation was very professional. Everyone knew what they were doing and we left right on time. We (two couples) were very lucky. There were enough riders the morning that we went that they had two baskets. We were in a small basket that could hold six, but there were just 5 of us. It was like a private ride. Jesse, our pilot, had a lot of experience and we had a delightful time in the air, watching the ground and other balloons. I would recommend them highly.

This group is very professional - and nice - AND funny. I arranged a first-trip for my husband. Easy to do all online, and provided with lots of tips to make trip even better. They are a very busy outfit, with lots of people scheduled every day (was a bit over-whelming that morning), but once you are in "your" group with "your" pilot and crew, things get more fun. Our pilot was very professional, but attentive and humorous too. Provided lots of bad jokes and valuable info about the area flew over. I rode with crew, who were great, as we chased the balloon. And I was included in all the after-flight celebration food and beverages. My husband is adventurous, and has done lots of flying, kayaking, skiing... and he was really wow'd by this trip. Perfect gift.

It was amazing! I thought we would not make the sunrise but we did. Very efficient and professional staff that did not waste time. Very organized. Jess (our hot air balloon pilot) was excellent and answered everyone’s questions. Very smooth trip and landing was A+. Highly recommend this company as they care about their customers to ensure they have an excellent experience
