Totally worth the money. We had a really great sunrise above the desert and an amazing view. Our pilot Jesse was great, funny and made the day an unforgettable experience. Would always go on another ride with them. For me a must-do in Phoenix. The staff was very kind and courteous. After landing we celebrated the ride and they prepared drinks and snacks. Very well done - GREAT JOB!

We did not know what to expect when we reached their office well before sunrise. The staff and the pilot were very courteous, explained everything in simple language, and made the entire baloon ride experience worth it to the last penny. Do not miss this when you are in the Phoenix area.

We had many out of town guests coming in to celebrate a birthday and wanted to give them a memorable experience. I called the week our guests were arriving and worked with Jennifer (group sales) who did a great job of arranging things for us (fairly last minute). Our pilot was Patrick and he was fantastic - took us up a mile high! Our guests loved the experience!
