My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first balloon ride! Everyone at Rainbow Ryders helped to make this a memorable experience. Jesse Newcomer was our pilot and he flew us safely to heights of 8700 feet (!) and back to the ground. The entire crew did a fantastic job. The champagne toast and breakfast were great too.

I’m from Atlanta and was visiting Arizona, so I planed to do the hot air balloon ride. The detour picked me up 5:30Am from the hotel to the hot air balloon ride place (desert). After one hour of ride, we got there and it was canceled because of the weather and they rescheduled it for a different day and I had to return back before that day. The good thing was they were able to refund me back the full amount. My advice to you is give yourself more time in Arizona so you don’t end up like me.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience! The team was fun and professional. We had a bumpy landing, but our pilot handled it well and we have a better story because of it! The champagne was a nice touch. We would definitely do it again!
