What To Expect

Piff the Magic Dragon

They will perform a selection of their greatest hits from a repertoire that stretches over six previous critically acclaimed solo shows. With each routine featuring their signature approach to conjuring that puts a new twist on the traditional magic show. His sidekick, Mr Piffles, has been levitated, laminated, shackled in a straitjacket and shot out of a cannon all in the name of entertainment. Piff has been featured on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and America's Got Talent where he impressed everyone with jaw-dropping magic tricks. With over 12 million YouTube hits to his name Piff has performed to hundreds of thousands of people in preposterous venues such as Radio City Music Hall, the O2, London, and Sydney Opera House.

Show was good, venue not so good! Choose a Booth!! Do not choose table seating. Tables cram 6 uncomfortable chairs around a table facing each other, NOT the stage!! Tables are packed VERY close together and you have to crane your neck sideways the entire time to see the show. Totally distracts from the performance!!! The booth seating allows everyone to look at the stage. Piff is very talented and energetic. Good magic and fun.

I’m not sure if this show is for adults or for children. I wouldn’t bring my child to see it bc many parts were inappropriate. But it also catered to children at times. The show was cute and the magic tricks were decent. However, we had a very hard time understanding Piff. The combination of accent and how fast he talked made it difficult. It wasn’t as good as his AGT act but kept us entertained. We needed more of Mr. Piffles though! (I did appreciate the cast offering to take photos after the show free of charge).

Thank you for this review! We do recommend our show for ages 13 and up although lots of guests bring children much younger. Sorry the accent gave you trouble and we'll tell Mr. Piffles you wanted more of him!
