Never showed up and ignored my text message and phone call. They tell you to call or text. I ended up getting a rental which is total unacceptable

The worst!! Arrived two hours early only to be met with security lines so long we had to wait outside the terminal. Just barely made my boarding for my flight. Unacceptable - especially considering this was an early morning flight! What happened to this airport?

Great. Just Great. Love the staff. They are very helpful! I think that Pittsburgh is a very nice place!
