What To Expect

Plantation Adventure Center

The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

The tour guides were knowledgeable and interesting! Cute too! Were able to see manatees and calf and get pics. Very enjoyable and easily accessible for 85 yo Aunt! Also saw ospreys!

Today 4/22/2019, we went to explore the Kings bay store and find out that there was a scenic tour at 2:30pm. We decided to take the tour and within minutes of leaving the dock, there was a mom manatee and its calf. A few minutes later a few moe manatees were sighted. Over all was a wondeful experice and would NOT hesitate to come back, The two experinced captains were wonderful thru the whole trip.

Captain Dallas and Dustin found lots of manatees knew lots about the area history. We got there early and they let us use a table for our picnic lunch. Excellent for the money . Will definitely return
