What To Expect

Plantation Adventure Center

The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

seeing a couple manatees and the boat cruise, the wildlife and scenic areas. the weather was great and we would consider it again. our guide was very informative, too.

We had a beautiful day on the river. Our captain Laura and her super guide Cory were knowledgeable and entertaining. They have so much passion and information to share with their guests. We were looking looking to get out and enjoy the fresh air while visiting my parents. This was perfect for older and younger people. Plenty to see and learn about the ecosystem, they also pointed out where we could get a great meal and other things to visit while in the area. This was a one hour tour, but I know we stayed out on the water longer to watch the manatees in action. They were very helpful with our dad who had trouble walking, no problem getting him on/ off the boat. This is a great excursion for young and old. Located right next door is a place called the tiki bar, which we went early and had lunch along with a few frozen pina colada’s. Prefect day! Thank you so much to the entire staff for great service and a beautiful day.

Fun and family-friendly boat tour around Kings Bay. Tour guide and captain were great! Very affordable, you’re able to bring your own beverages and snacks and we were able to see manatees!
