Join us on a beautiful sunset journey around Kings Bay. This tour is only $35.00 per person, on our 40 passenger Coast Guard inspected tour boat. These tours run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday and can be booked any day with a 4 person minimum with advanced notice. The sunset tour leaves the dock roughly 1.25 hours before sun down(call to confirm time). Private options available!

Plantation Adventure Center
The sunset cruise is our 1.50 (one hour and a half) to 1.75 (one hour and forty five minutes) tour of Kings Bay. We’ll cruise through the bay looking for wildlife while our USCG licensed captains will points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there’s always the chance of seeing manatees, but we can never guarantee. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every cruise is unique! You can bring drinks and/or snack aboard!

Our trip was kind of a bust. Through no fault of theirs, there was no sunset due to approaching bad weather. In fact, we were rained on quite a bit coming back to port. Further, they had some electrical problem and so the boat’s “party lights” did not work. Bummer. Finally our ”guide” was a young female with the personality of a rock. The gentleman (captain/boat driver) was a little more engaging. Luckily it does not cost a lot and it is a good way to see the houses on both sides of the river going out to the Gulf. We did not see any manatees nor aligators. They didn’t promise that we would...I was just hoping.

My husband and I did their Sunset River Cruise this past Friday for our anniversary. We had a great time! Captains Dustin and Lance were great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. We went on a tour of Kings bay and the surrounding area to see some manatees. We then went out to the gulf to view the beautiful sunset. Awesome trip!

We really enjoyed ourselves on this sunset boat ride! Captain Dustin and Memphis were great. It was very relaxing to travel around the crystal river and see the manatees in the water. They set us up perfectly to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend!
