Balboa Park

The Balboa Park segway tour starts out by sightseeing beautiful downtown San Diego. You will Segway past San Diego’s gleaming skyscrapers, lovely parks, and past its many historic landmarks. After gliding through downtown, your Segway adventure arrives at Balboa Park where you will see Founder’s Plaza, cross the Cabrillo Bridge, and see the Spreckles Organ Pavilion. Glide with your tour guide through one of America’s most beautiful open parks and take in the San Diego Museum of Natural History, Spanish Village Arts Center, the Inez Parker Memorial Rose Garden.

Our family of 4 did the Balboa Park Segway tour. We had a fantastic time. Our tour guy was Sylvia. She was fantastic. She made sure we were comfortable on the Segways, and then we were off. It was great just riding the Segways. They were very easy to control and drive. We enjoyed driving through San Diego from the wharf area to Balboa Park. Once at the park Sylvia did a nice job of pointing out the main buildings with their history. Even though I've been to Balboa Park many times, I learned several new things. Out total trip was just over 2 hours. When we got back, Sylvia gave us discount cards for future adventures which we will definitely do. This is a great family or group outing.
