My family and I booked this tour last minute thinking we would be able to make it . We ended up getting stuck in Cap Cod and had to cancel tour. Policy is NO REFUND, but Geoff was VERY understanding about our situation and refunded the whole tour. I appreciate this company's understanding and would recommend this tour just based on its great customer service !

Geoff was a wonderful tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Plymouth and the settlers, as well as of the Native Americans. He is funny and honest. He is an appropriate tour guide for both adults and children (we had 7 on our tour), and he kept the tour interesting for the entire group. The hunting for paranormal activity was fun and exciting, and although we did not encounter any in our group, I am going to go back again to try for a second time. Tour was 2 1/2 hours long, so plan on good walking shoes and appropriate clothing for the elements.

I have to say the tour was wonderful, it was not only a paranormal tour but also full of history which made it so interesting. Our guide was great, he was very interesting and kept everyone's attention.
