Comedy Pet Theater is an extravaganza of juggling, European-style comedy and a furry entourage of more than 30 house cats, dogs, parrots, even a miniature horse! All performing pets were rescued from animal shelters and now enjoy the limelight with co-star, Gregory Popovich. Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun! Runs 2:30pm daily (dark Sunday & Monday) at V Theater inside Miracle Mile Shops, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

This family favorite is guaranteed to delight and amaze audiences of all ages! Choose between the VIP Package (including VIP seating, a cocktail, and free cancellation) or general admission seating within the rest of the theater (nonrefundable). Comedy Pet Theater is a family-oriented blend of unique comedy and world-championship juggling skills. Gregory Popovich and the extraordinary talents of his performing cats and dogs will leave you breathless with amazement. During the course of the performance, you'll see a display of amazing feats as cats perform alongside dogs, birds and white mice. Comedy Pet Theater has been featured in People magazine and The New York Times Sunday magazine. Gregory has made guest appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, a Penn and Teller special, Extreme Variety, Thirty Seconds to Fame, and Animal Planet.

This show had potential but missed the mark. Too much of the humans and not enough of the animals. A pet circus should be majority animal acts but this didn’t have nearly enough to be called a pet circus. My teens were bored when Popovich tried to perform his stunts (I say tried bc he missed 90% of them). The animal acts were very cute but few and far between. If Popovich performed less by himself and more with the animals, I would definitely have rated this show higher. And that includes acts by performers other than Popovich. They really weren’t necessary and didn’t add to the show. Animal training was impressive though!

Just ignore the haters and go watch the show. It’s not like there’s anything better happening in Vegas at 2:30 in the afternoon. The guy adopted animals from a shelter and trained them to do tricks, it’s a fun and adorable show. Contrary to some other reviewers, I enjoyed the human circus acts—juggling six pins while balancing a ladder is pretty impressive by any standard.

A total delight! Not only was the show wonderfully done and very adorable, Popovich himself took time after the show to engage with with my sons (ages 12 and 9) and was incredibly kind. It was a highlight of our time in Vegas. The V Theater is located inside Planet Hollywood’s mall.
