If I could give 0 stars I would! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with both Viator and the transport company Rapha Transport. I had a 7:00 am pick up scheduled from Port Canaveral to MCO. The driver called me at 6:40ish to let me know he was there. Our boat was still docking so I had to wait to leave until we were cleared. We were in early group at the ships door to leave. Once they allowed us to leave and I was walking down the ramp at 7:11 I texted our driver and told we were on our way down to him. I got there at 7:16 and the ships attendant tried to help me find him. I called him to see where he was and he never answered. He left me! He never called to say he had to leave if I didn’t get there by 7:15. I was actually going to tip him well because he got there early and had to wait! Unfortunately he left me stranded without a ride! Luckily another transport company was there and had extra seats otherwise I would not have gotten to my flight on time. I contacted Viator and they denied my refund based on what Rapha transport said. I will never use Viator again. I have proof of my texts and Rapha transports lack of response and my call log. I called Rapha transport at 7:20 after looking all over for my driver and they said he left at 7:15. I do not believe he waited that long, but he never even called or texted. Such an awful experience!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your pickup time was scheduled for 7am as a shared shuttle transportation meaning other customers are on the shuttle, not a private transportation which we do offer. We had other customers on the vehicle that we asked if its ok to wait until 7:15am to leave, they were fine with it until 7:15am came and you were not there. They started to complain saying that they had early flights to catch, so we had no choice but to depart. We sent viator all the communication with time stamps between you and the driver, and with you and the office, to prove that we were conversing with you. We do offer private transportation which is more personalized and tailored to our customers. With the private transportation we will wait for you until you get off the ship even if you're delayed.

He was a little late and stopped 3 more times for additional passengers, I was afraid I would be Late to airport but just made it!

The service was on time! Very pleasant driver! Communicated well before he got there. When we got to the airport, he was able to point us in the right direction.
