Ordered and paid for 4 passenger, private van. Ended up with sharing with a family of 4. We only had 3 people so I had already paid for an extra person. Not cool, especially with a TripAdvisor company.

Greetings Mrs. B. I welcome your feedback on our performance on that Saturday morning Sept 3rd, 2022. As on that day, when your ship the Carnival Mardi Gras returned to Port Canaveral, along with 3 other ships unloading that morning, we were in high stress mode. As along with the 4 cruise ships arriving that morning, the NASA Space Program Artemus #1 was on the launch pad for a second launch attempt again for that same afternoon. As you yourself no doubt saw the traffic overload that was caused trying to get passengers out of Port Canaveral all that morning. Based on these conditions I made the decision to put you group onto one of our "shared shuttle" heading to Melbourne Airport that morning, with the goal in mind of getting you and your family out of Port Canaveral the quickest way possible in a timely manner. Especially as I see now your service request involved returning to the airport for a 12 noon departure flight schedule, which even on a less traffic day would be a tall order. I wish to express both my apologies and gratitude for your feedback, as I need to point out your feedback did not involve not getting out of the Port at all on that morning, after witnessing the situation first hand, and apparently you made your 12 noon flight connection in a timely manner. I agree it was not "cool" to made the changes needed to complete your request, and so I have applied a full refund for your order thru Viator, I trust you may find that satisfactory.

First of all, an aside: I had no idea our cruise line (RCCL) did not offer transfers to the airport in Melbourne (MLB). Second, I don't understand why more people don't use MLB, especially when leaving Port Canaveral. Do yourself a favor and skip all the lines, crowds and hassle of Orlando (MCO) and fly out of MLB. You won't regret it. Anyhow, we found ourselves about to set sail and without an airport transfer upon our return. I called Cape Canaveral Transportation, and Ginny was very helpful and promptly set up our transfer before we set sail, allowing us to relax and enjoy our cruise. The morning of our disembarkation Frank called to let us know he would be our driver that morning. He was friendly, courteous, and professional, and we were at MLB with more than enough time to relax and await our flight. I have not left a review here in years, but the service I received from Cape Canaveral Transportation has inspired me. Thank you Ginny and Frank.
