Raul did great. He called when he got there. The boat was running late for departures so I let him know we might be late and I would text after we got our luggage. He was right there and got us to our hotel safely.

What a great service. We have never cruised before and did not know what time we would be able to get off the ship. We told them 9am. To our surprise we were off by 7:45. I texted the driver and let him know we were off the ship and he said he will be there by 8am. Picked us up loaded our bags and off we went. Really nice driver and clean van with room to spare. I would recommend them to anyone. No worries on trying to fight for a ride with 6,000 people getting off a boat.
