Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Portland is a city with much to see but it is very spread out. The public transit system is very good but the hop-on hop-off tour allowed us to see a lot with someone else driving and explaining what was available. We bought the 2 day tour as it was a good deal. On the first day we had other things on so we simply rode the bus for the entire tour. This allowed us to decide what we wanted to stop and see the next day when we had more time. A great way to be introduced to a new city.

The guide was nice and fairly knowledgeable. It was on time and clean, however there was an audible buzzing sound over the microphone.
