This was an interesting food tour - our guide was a local with a lot of local knowledge. However, the tour felt very off the cuff and slightly disorganised. We were happy to see the area and try some delicious pizza. We met at our first stop and they were closed - so missed out on one of the stops. By the 4th of the 5 stops our guide lets us know that we were behind on time we and felt a bit rushed. Overall a nice time and enjoyed some good pizza - but not as well thought out as we had hopped.

I booked this tour because the reviews were overwhelmingly raving about the tour in general and about how the guide Beau does such a great job. I just have to start out by saying that I was not disappointed with this tour. My party and I ended up having a private tour with Beau and we had the best time with him. On the tour he shared with us a little bit of history about the pizza restaurants we visited and the techniques they use with their menu and cooking style. We also were able to talk with him about culinary experiences other local Portland food as well. During our walk he even pointed out other great Portland eateries to try at a future time. On top of that we even had enough time to stop into a local ice cream shop and try some samples as well. I highly recommend this tour and believe that the other tours that Beau runs would be equally as great to book as well. Thank you for the great time Beau!

We live in Portland and we celebrated my husband's birthday by taking the pizza tour. Great decision! I had some of the best pizza I had in a while. Strongly recommend.
