Overview

Bardstown is known for their BOURBON.—but we want to offer experiences that differ slightly and will be fun for the entire group. We take a slight jaunt off the Bourbon Trail and offer an opportunity to craft your own handmade candle as well as enjoy Kentucky Made Wines and Beers.

During your experience, you will be given a large variety of scents to choose from to blend into YOUR perfect scented candle. In addition, our large variety of candle vessels offer just the right finishing personalization for your aesthetics. As we embark on the candle making journey you will receive full education on how to label, wick, blend, make and pour your candle. Along the way we offer a variety of candle burning and safety tips that will make all future candle burning even more enjoyable. This will be the activity that everyone will be talking about when they go home.

It was a fun solo day. Steve was amazing very insightful on the candle making process. But definitely do again and recommend people to do.

We are a few months late in writing this, but felt compelled to ensure this was done. My wife booked a time for us to stop at the candle bar as an anniversary date. The experience as a whole as perfect: the location is well marked and easy to fined, the instructions are clear and the owner is incredibly knowledgeable sharing the differences in types of wax with us, good selection of drinks, and plenty of scentz/jar selections. The candles burn incredibly even far surpassing what we have come to expect with big names brands. We enjoyed the experience immensly and would love to go back and at a minimum be returning customers online. The only small hiccup we had was our candles being mislabled and sent to another customer. The only reason I mention this is becuase it was non-issue. The owner was upfront and let us know immediately and even had them repackaged and shipped to us at no cost. I want to point this out as it speaks volumes to the integrity of the business in ensuring every customer as a wonderful experience. Could not recommend them enough, don't wait, book your time slot now!

Amazing ! Such a nice host and very helpful .. Pretty cheap to make a candle compared to what ive been to before ! 10/10 and would do it again !
