Whale watching part it was great and full of excitement. We got to see humpback whales as well as orcas. Our guides were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately when it comes to the glacier we were not given enough time to explore. Last shuttle left at 5pm, we bearly got an hour before we had to leave

Absolutely excellent. We were on The Millennium but had to book outside as the cruise whale watching was full. We were delighted we did. Not only saved some money but from the pick up by Juneau Tours at the ship and the drop off back at the ship it was just great. The boat we went on was only in its 2nd year and as there was only about 18 people on board we had plenty of viewing space.Captain Jason knew where the whales were and was ably helped by Lukas and Emily Vo. Apologies if i have got the wrong Emily - but she gave an excellent commentary. We were VERY fortunate as we had a humpback breaching more than 15 times and we were in an excellent position to take videos and pictures. This 5 year old humpback continued to show off and we were able to stay for 30 mins watching and experiencing this great creature perform. Dropped off at Mendenhall Glacier whereby we walked to the falls - you want to have time to experience the Glacier and falls and by doing this combo you suited yourself which shuttle bus you took to get back into town and your ship. An organised tour with set times makes you wonder if you can walk out to the Falls. We were there 2 years ago and you can see how much the glacier is continuing to melt!

the pilot was named Steve and the guides we're Jason and Ty, both of whom were excellent.

If anyone is planning a Juneau whale watching trip these Guy's will do you right, and Ty will keep you entertained and if

he says GET YOUR CAMERAS you better get your caneras.
