Went out for some wedding photos with our photographer for this trip. Was a great time with the photos being a bonus. Got to see some bears and a beautiful landscape. Out pilot Martin did a great job of making us feel safe. Thank you. Would recommend.

This excursion along with a bear viewing flight seeing trip out of Homer were our two favorite outings in our 9 day trip to the Kenai Peninsula! The process from start to finish with Alpine Air was very well organized with good communication and professionalism. We lucked out with perfect weather and by being the only two people on the tour. But, we were told that they are set up that even if the max of 6 people sign up, everyone still gets a window seat with great views. I highly recommend taking the longest 90 minute tour. It goes by fast and there is so much to see. The views are absolutely breathtaking and surreal. We even saw a mama brown bear and her two cubs foraging on a mountain side and two mountain goats crossing a glacier! Our guide, Ty, was very informative, friendly and enjoyable to be with. Definitely worth the money and when we return to the area, we will likely book another tour with Alpine Air!

My wife and I had a great flightseeing trip with helicopter pilot Ty. We saw six black bears while flying over myriad glaciers. We landed on Colony Glacier - a spectacular viewing opportunity of a glacier close-up. Words can't describe the experience very well, so a few photos are attached. A must-do while staying in Girdwood!
