Once you have your snorkeling Sea Scooter you will soon be snorkeling like a pro. Prepare to snorkel next to a Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle, spotted eagle stingray, glide past a beautiful Butterflyfish, and do not miss the Hawaiian state fish Humuhumu-Nuknuk-Apua’a, a Reef Triggerfish. Using our unique Sea Scooter allows you to see more of the reef than with traditional swimming. Prepare to soar over the majestic reef of Kauai to view the beautiful underworld of the Sea. Participants will be supplied with a Digital Map/s of the best snorkeling location on Kauai's North Shore, a Sensational Sea Scooter, dry top snorkel tube, mask, and adjustable fins. It was an okay experience. They do not provide travel to a beach and this is not a guided tour. My husband and I understood that when we booked so that wasn’t an issue. They give you a map of a beach and where to find coral reefs and turtles, which was nice. The actual equipment they gave us was eh. The goggles and snorkle weren’t that great so we ended up taking them off when we were in the water. The sea scooters were a bust, you can swim farther with just the flippers. You can rent out a GoPro and keep the SD card but the GoPro kept freezing and turning off and deleted a bunch of really cool footage that we got. The price of this experience was really expensive for what it is. They also will rent out beach chairs for $5, so they really nickle and dime you for every little thing. My advice is to use the money you would have spent at this place and buy goggles, a snorkle, and flippers from a supermarket out there and go to Anini Beach and follow the other snorklers.

Mahalo for your review. We are sincerely sorry we did not meet your expectations. Since you did not tell us about the goggles or the GoPro we had no way to address it. We do not recommend buying snorkel gear on island that becomes more trash for our over filled landfill. We would never recommend to snorkel far out without knowing the ocean currents and conditions. As for the Gopro you can contact us to discuss a refund. Mahalo.

Snorkeling in Princeville on Anini Beach was amazing. Windy weather made it challenging, but the experience was wonderful. The beach is absolutely beautiful & clean. Saw huge turtles & many smaller fish.

We liked that this was an excursion at our own pace. Everything was explained well and we were given a map with full details of where to go, what to look for, how to use the scooters, etc. Once we got to the location we found the instructions provided by Kelly spot on. We saw lots of fish and turtles. The current was strong so we were happy to have the scooters. It was nice being shown by a local small business how to have a great time while in Kauai.
