I purchased this pass for a girl's trip to Sonoma/Napa. I was happy to save on tasting fees - however, the best part was the Concierge service from Jamie N.! She was able to recommend which wineries to visit based on our interests and expectations. I truly appreciated her help and quick responses. She picked really well!!!

I ordered my wine pass 5 days before our anniversary trip and it saved us a ton on tastings. The wineries they work with are excellent and I will make sure I visit them again with my wine pass! Jamie was my benefit coordinator and her personal recommendations were amazing, thank you Jamie!

Bought the pass a few weeks ago as my wife and I planned 4 days in Napa/Sonoma. Couldn't use at any of the wineries we visited. Some places did not have any discount that was promoted. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

We are sorry to hear this and apologize for the poor experience. For your next trip we are happy to give you a complimentary wine pass to make up for it and we also recommend reaching out to our concierge at [email protected] who can help guide you to wineries who do honor our pass. We personally work very closely with Napa and Sonoma wineries so are surprised to hear they did not honor. We find that on occasion people visit wineries not apart of our program and that causes some confusion. We do not work with all wineries in Napa and Sonoma (over 1500) only 150 in the Napa and Sonoma area that we find are great spots.
