As soon as we entered the ally of their location we were met by Katya our most awesome guide! We climbed into our lime green open aired jeep and we were off to see all the amazing sights of San Francisco. Blankets were provided for our bit of a chilly ride, and Katya's humor and knowledge of her city was amazing! We have done many private tours during our travels, she made our experience a 10 out of 10!

Since the tuk tuks were under maintenance, our 3-hours tour was converted to an open jeep private tour. Of course, I was made aware of this in advance, and they were even ready to refund all my money if I do not want to do the tour in jeep. We are glad that we said yes to the open jeep tour. Hannah is an excellent tour guide who is very friendly and professional. She catered to all our requests, helped us with clicking pictures along the way, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout this tour. If I ever go back again, I will certainly take this tour again and ask for Hannah too.
