We truly enjoyed our tour of the Grand Canyon with Grand Canyon Journeys and loved our tour guide Nina. She picked us up promptly at the allotted time and gave us a summary of what to expect, including the weather conditions. And though we met her at the main entrance of our complex, she drove us back to our condo so we could quickly pick up a few more layers. She quickly learned our names and used them throughout the day. She provided snacks and water and reminded us to hydrate so we wouldn’t get headaches! Nina had a wonderful personality and felt more like a friend than a tour guide. She was very personable and approachable. She delighted us with stories of the area’s history and added many tales of her own adventures in the Grand Canyon. She possessed a wealth of knowledge of the area and even recommended places for us to go in Sedona where we were staying. The tour van was in excellent condition and very roomy. We had no problems viewing the spectacular scenery during our travels! Nina was very flexible and gave us options for stops along the tour based on our wants and needs. She knew how to beat the crowds and provided us access to the perfect vantage points to view the Grand Canyon. I would highly recommend Grand Canyon Journeys. It was a perfect 60th birthday celebration!!

Chris is an absolutely fantastic guide! He picked us up at our hotel, precisely on time and took us to the top locations you absolutely have see when visiting Sedona. Chris was funny, informative and did a great job of interacting with our 4 person group so we really felt as if this tour was with a good friend. One aspect of this tour I really appreciated was the fact that Chris realigned the seating in his van so, while sacrificing some capacity, he increased comfort for his clients. When taking a 4 hour tour traveling place to place, that really enhances the experience. I don’t think you can find a better introductory tour of Sedona.

This is an excellent tour which takes you to all the most scenic spots around Sedona. Chris, our guide, was great. He offered a lot of insight into the area and culture. Highly recommend.
