Buyer beware! If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are very poor communicators. We only found out where our guide well after the tour was supposed to start because we emailed them. They never mentioned anywhere where the tour guide would meet us. No phone number of guide, no picture, no nothing. The tour said on this listing they offered pick up- they didn’t want to do that so that’s false advertising. They also blew me off for a week trying to get a refund and then said they did call( no message left of course). No refund - I’m shocked ( not). Too many other options than to use these ppl anywhere in the planet.

Hello, We are very suprised with this message. We have proof that we have been in contact with you for the change in time and everything. You decided you didn't want to do the tour because you had to attend a game. From the first phone call you made, we gave you all this information. This review is completely unfair. Please view the following conversations and proof of the changes: We tried to contact you over the phone last week. On August 31st, we sent you a message saying that we are starting at 11am. On that same day, less than one hour later, you responded to us. This for us in an acceptance. Then there were several other messages between us. For us, all these message are an acceptance. The tour was supposed to start at 11am. We spoke with you and the guide at 11:15am because you couldn't find each other. The guide was there at all time and only left when you said you didn't want to do the tour as you had a game to go to. If you need proof of anything, please let me know. Thanks.
