Brian was a breath of fresh air on a chilly day. Kept the group interested in all that he had to offer with knowledge of the 9/11 history. He was also able to keep the tone from becoming too somber. He had a nice sense of humor when appropriate and yet also convey the seriousness of such a tragic event.

Tim was an engaging and funny host for 1.5 hours and personalized his tour using everyone's first names....there were approximately 20 people that attended. His command of his tour and his hilarious back stories and New York anecdotes coupled with the gravity of the Memorial was sublime. He answered so many questions and we felt the urgency of the day through his narration. My Mom is 85 years old and had ample time to lean against a light pole and rest on a bench with a bathroom break for all. I highly recommend Tim for his transporting experience.
