Actually turning up would be a start, didn't turn up to collect and didn't turn up for return to airport and no contact in-between. Arrived at Honolulu airport and no-one there to collect, rang the assistance number given - four times but you just get put into a pre-recorded message with music in the background. No - one picked up even after being on hold for 10 minutes , finished up getting a taxi from airport to hotel. Paperwork says ring AT LEAST 24 hours before departure to confirm collection, rang tuesday evening and had the same charade of being on hold , someone eventually answered the phone { third attempt each time on hold for at least 10 minutes } and said they couldnt give us a pick up time as the dispatcher hadnt " done the schedule yet " - remember we had to ring up at least 24 hours before departure and this is a downtown hotel that they must collect from several times a week if the company actually exists. We were then asked for our room number and told they would ring wednesday evening with the collection time for early thursday morning { 9.20 departure international } and leave a message Needless to say we never received a call and when checking out we checked with reception who never received any message. Again we took a taxi from hotel to airport. terrible experience from a scam company - be warned, use these cowboys at your own peril because the only thing speedi about them is their ability to pocket your money.

Return ride back to airport failed to show. Tried calling but could not get through. Had to take a cab. Their own customer services mailed to ask how we'denjoyed our bookings, but 3 replis received no response. Tried emailing, but 2 different mail accounts just ounced back. Now I read this is not untypical of them. Basically, I paid for 2 ried and got 1, so in effect they stole my money.
