Our tour with Maya with excellent! The stories she shared of her private experiences were exceptional. She also went out of her way to look up my friend’s deceased brother who was died that day in one of the planes that hit a tower. My friend was moved to tears by the photos I was able to send her of her brother’s engraved name on the reflection pond. We were able to see and experience so much more and not waste valuable time looking for things in our limited time visit. I would encourage everyone to take this trip with Maya from anywhere in the world when you visit NY!

I can't say enough good things about Jaclyn. She is definitely a subject matter expert who is so knowledgeable about the tour stops and also about the 9/11 event itself. I definitely recommend having her as your guide. The tour itself was terrific, with great stops and it covered all of the bases we were seeking.

Dave was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. So much better than a group tour. Well worth the money for the private tour. He had a binder with pictures related to our tour that blended in with his narrative. Would recommend Dave and the private tour.
