• We do NOT meet at the 9/11 Memorial. Tour meets OUTSIDE the Broadway entrance to Saint Paul's Chapel (209 Broadway between Fulton & Vesey Streets)
• Your guide will be there 10 minutes before your tour and will be holding and orange flag
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU MISS YOUR TOUR
• You will go through airport style security checks at both the 911 Museum and One World Observatory, so please be advised that some items are not allowed

St. Paul's Chapel

We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

You'll enter the 9/11 Memorial, where you can pay your respects to those who lost their lives in the World Trade Center.

One World Observatory

End your day with a trip to the top of the tallest observatory in the Western Hemisphere.

Hal was an amazing tour guide! He was personable, informative, and knowledgeable. This tour was well worth the money. It was great to skip the long line to visit the museum, and we even got to visit the memorial in the American Express building. I had never heard the story of the AMEX workers, and don't know if I would have if Hal hadn't been our guide! Don't miss this tour!

As a retired Firefighter (UK) who visited Ground Zero within 18 months of the tragedy this was always going to be an emotional day. Our tour guide for the visit was Alison Rose who simply was fantastic!!!!! We were a family group of 7 ranging from 9 to 70 years in age, Alison made us all feel welcome and was able to answer all our questions. She shared her knowledge of 911 in an outstanding manor, with some stories of tragedy, heroism and hope... We all thank Alison for making this truly the most memorable of days whilst visiting the Big 🍏. Highly recommend this tour👏👏
