Low key and accommodating. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. Marco, boat captain, and Lindsey, tour guide, were fun and knowledgeable! Lindsey made sure to include and take care of everyone in our party.

We had an absolutely incredible experience on our manatee tour! The guides were fantastic—courteous, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the manatees themselves. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and got the most out of the experience. Seeing these gentle giants up close was truly magical! To top it all off, when we got back on the boat, they surprised us with hot cocoa, which was the perfect way to warm up after being in the water. The extra thoughtfulness and hospitality really set this tour apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure!

I was instantly put at ease by our welcoming guide, Josh. His familiarity with the area and the manatees was evident and helpful. Josh was succinct and informative with his instructions and guidance during the trip. This was my best snorkeling experience in large part due to the care that was given in the information that we received.
